In the third episode of this motivational series, Rochelle tackles the subject of fear.
At the time this episode was filmed, Rochelle had a personal experience with fear. She decided that, as a part of learning from this event, she should create an episode around it. By sharing this, others can hopefully relate and will see that they aren’t alone in dealing with fear.
As humans, we naturally develop a manner of daily activities. We unknowingly teach our minds to react to things, causing us to see them as danger, rather than opportunities.
It’s only by breaking that cycle, that we can retrain our thoughts to react in a calm way, so that we can pursue our goals or dreams, even if they might petrify us, in the beginning.
